This razor storage box is crafted from varnished beech with lid inserts of synthetic leather. Ideal - as are the burl elm boxes above - for storage of either that special single razor or that equally special matched pair! Both boxes will accept all straight razors from 4/8 to 7/8 blade depth. Thiers-Issard ‘Historical’shaving box

Thiers-Issard have produced this shaving box as an improvement on early 20th. Century designs for gentlemen's travelling equipment.

Crafted in beechwood, the box measures 240 x 175 x 70 mm when closed. Inside the lid a mirror is fitted (approx. 150 x 215 mm.) to enable this box to have true ‘traveller’ ability.

The box can hold a variety of items and all boxes are delivered as standard with the Thiers-Issard mini travel strop, strop paste and shaving bowl. The box also has dedicated space for two straight razors and space for an alum block, comb etc.

Also supplied as standard is a cleaning cloth and foam pad, the latter to protect the mirror during travelling. (razors not included)
